Lady Isabella Lodge 10017

The Lady Isabella Lodge started the year with the initiation of 2 new Brothers. Bro Paul Crystal CP carried out his first initiations, initiating Bro Patrick Ayres and Bro Christopher Seed and welcomes them to the order.

This is after a successful 2011 with 5 initiations with the loss of just one of them in the year. There is how ever pleanty of room in the lodge room for even more new Brothers.

The lodge is now waiting to move to there new premises on the 7th of March. Due to the New Inn in Laxey closing the Lodge will be move just down the road to the Bridge Inn where it moved from a few years ago.

We now look forward to welcoming all comers over the remainder of the year to our new Lodge room.

Easter Weekend gets go ahead

The Easter Weekend has been salvaged and places are available through Howell. A few Hotels have offered us accommodation from as little as £20 bb. We have also boosted the weekend by Bro Billy CP Littlewood our Provincial Grand Chamberlain raising to the Third Degree on the Saturday evening followed by a buffet at the RAOB Club in Ramsey in the Isle of Man. Many thanks to Howell for organising this and thanks must also go to Bro David Brown and the Isle of Man Tourist Board who have helped in finding suitable accommodation after the failing of the Grand Island Hotel
